As a personal trainer, Sébastien's passion for biomechanics, nutrition and powerlifting fuels his need to help his clients achieve their goals. To better serve his general clientele as well as the athletes he trains, he is currently studying massage therapy to facilitate their recovery and release the tension that interferes with their range of motion.
